This boutique resort is nestled in the dramatic hills of Areguling, on a steep site that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and ocean. The project’s greatest challenge and defining feature was its highly sloped topography, which required adaptive design solutions to ensure smooth access and meet high-end resort standards

The main reception building is thoughtfully designed across three levels. The lowest level (basement) houses the welcome desk, service areas, offices, staff quarters, and the main kitchen. This level also features a dedicated wellness and fitness center exclusively for in-house guests, offering inspiring views of the ocean.

The upper reception level includes a bar, retail shop, indoor coworking space, and a restaurant with a generous outdoor terrace for an immersive dining experience. A comfortable lounge with cozy couches sits slightly below this level, creating a sequence of flowing spaces that follow the natural contours of the land. This multi-tiered approach minimizes the visual impact of the structure while maximizing the stunning views from each level. From the reception, guests are led to the pool deck on the south side, seamlessly connected to the resort's internal circulation, whether by electric buggies or scenic walking paths from the north.

The resort offers two types of suites: one featuring a private jacuzzi for an elevated relaxation experience. All suites are tucked into lush, terraced gardens and positioned across two levels to ensure unobstructed ocean views.
Every corner of the resort is crafted to deliver a unique sensory experience, through layered perspectives, varying elevations, and an immersive natural setting.
