The client was experiencing frustrations as their project had been stalled. After a brief meeting, a plan was implemented and a total new concept had been developed.

The concept design is divided in 3 different phases; Phase I: construction of four Villas under a Limasan wooden structure. Phase II: Lobby and Café. Phase III: 6 additional Villas.
