Villa TH is a compact yet refined modern townhouse designed to offer the warmth of a home within a limited urban plot. The project is a study in proportion, comfort, and spatial efficiency, crafted for year-round living without compromise.

The ground level includes a compact parking area, alongside discreetly placed service and technical rooms that buffer the street side from the living zones. The main living space is enclosed yet visually and physically connected to the outdoors. With a full-height opening to the pool deck and strong cross-ventilation, the interior breathes effortlessly with the surrounding environment.

At the heart of the home is a welcoming kitchen with a central island, both functional and social. Warm wooden touches provide tactile richness throughout the space, including a sculptural floating staircase that ascends to the upper floor.

The upper level houses two well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. Oriented toward opposite ends of the house, the rooms benefit from abundant natural light and optimal airflow, reinforcing the design’s connection to its climate and context. Material choices were guided by a desire to create a serene, warm atmosphere using natural finishes and timeless textures. Villa Tropica TH represents anideal balance between function and emotion, an efficient footprint, elevated by thoughtful design and crafted detailing.
