The client requested STUDIO17 to develop of a modern and stunning house with a swimming pool and large area spaces.

The house design consists in an L shape building divided in two main areas: living area and bedrooms with PASIVA (pergola corridor with columns) and a large deck facing the Pool area.

All the rooms have a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The master suite and the other 2 bedrooms are separated by a pond with a fountain, bringing a nice view of the side windows and the pleasant noise of the water cascade.

In addition, an “al fresco” dinner space, BBQ area with pool showers and a suggestive pergola design that offers maximum relax in the shade if needed…
The front volume has two levels to optimize the land slope, keeping services and garage on the basement, living, studio, open kitchen and a library with a pool table on the main level.

The House has been designed with 2 main accesses: service + guest to optimize privacy and functionality.
The studio had suggested an open terrace linking the view to the front main entrance.
