The villa has been designed in an Indonesian and modern architectural style, with tropical touches.

The main wooden structure “Joglo” is floating between two rational concrete volumes symmetrically in front of a large swimming pool and tropical garden.

The teak wooden structure has been relocated from an antique Javanese house with carving works in the central area of the structure “Soko Guru” which is over 100 years old.

The concrete volumes contain the two bedrooms with a terrace and comfy bathrooms where the dry and wet areas are separated by glass panels.

The outside showers have been designed to enjoy the open-air shower experience while watching the stars with a large window skylight.

The engineering room is located between the parking lot and the front boundary wall, to allow all technical services and maintenances to occur without disturbing the privacy of the guests.

The building is built according to the regulations of local authorities and it has the construction permit (IMB).
